The terms CSLK:
According to the rules you Dnepropetrovsk children's libraries are eligible:
- Home receive no more than 5 documents (books, magazines, etc..) For up to 30 days. Publication of increased demand from the library are only given for deposit. If, for publication are not returned (lost), the library uses a mortgage to purchase the required documents;
- Receive advisory assistance in finding sources of information;
- Participate in various activities of the library, a member of Friends of the Library.
Community children's libraries MUST:
- Treated with library documents (books, magazines);
- Return timely edition to the library;
- Replace missing documents or the equivalent amount needed to compensate for damage / Loss.
 
Record the child in a children's library is on the basis of documents parents. With rules in full can be found and any children's library of the city.
